1 of 1 Deconstructed
The Prototype No. 1 Patchwork Deconstructed Blazer represents the first-ever one-of-one release from AmourAndRoots, marking a new chapter in the brand’s evolution of storytelling through apparel. This piece merges refinement with rebellion, blending tradition, craftsmanship, and cultural homage into a single wearable artifact.
Hand-assembled from a vintage camel blazer, the design is intentionally deconstructed and rebuilt using reclaimed denim, plaid shirting, and raw-edged textiles sourced from garments with lived histories. Each patch is strategically placed to showcase contrast, movement, and texture, transforming imperfections into design language and symbolism. The denim lapel framing the chest creates a bold reimagining of classic tailoring, while the mixed-fabric pocket accents and asymmetrical patchwork offer depth and narrative from every angle.
Inside, the paisley lining adds a heritage touch, and the stamped “0000000001” serves as a serialized mark of authenticity—identifying this garment as the very first prototype in AmourAndRoots’ deconstructed collection. No two will ever be alike.
This blazer embodies the ethos of AmourAndRoots: honoring origins, elevating craftsmanship, and creating pieces with meaning. It is a tribute to individuality, cultural influence, and the artistry of rebuilding something new from what once was—an unmistakable statement piece for collectors, creators, and those who wear purpose.
